WE HAVE A RICH EXPERIENCE IN EXPORT

Greenergia Agriculture (K) Ltd has rich experience in the import and export of fresh produce & commodities across countries. One of the in-demand fresh produce that we trade in is Avocados.

There are two types of avocados that we deal with;

  1. Hass avocado
  2. Fuerte avocado

Hass Avocado

Dark green in colour with bumpy leathery skin. The ripe fruit is dark purple, almost black. Very rich and creamy greenish/ yellow flesh when ready to eat.

Hass avocados are also rich in nutrients as they contain phytosterols, carotenoids including lutein and zeaxanthin as well as a wide variety of fats including oleic, palmitic, linolieic with about about 75% of an avocado’s energy coming from fat.

FUERTE AVOCADO

Fuerte avocados are easily identified because they stay green even when ripe. This makes them somewhat unique among the popular varieties, which mostly get darker when they ripen.

They have smooth light green leathery skin. The ripe fruit is soft to the touch with a yellowish colour. It has a light creamy taste.

They’re great sources of folate, potassium, and healthy fats, as well as vitamins K, C, and E
